Terms and Conditions for Vesper Glow

Welcome to Vesper Glow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services and our online platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Provision of Services

Vesper Glow provides comprehensive cleaning solutions, including Residential Cleaning, Commercial Office Cleaning, Post-Renovation Cleanup, Deep Cleaning, Move-in/Move-out Cleaning, Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning, and Shadow & Contrast Lighting Cleaning. Our goal is to deliver exceptional cleanliness with a focus on aesthetic perfection and detail.

• Service Scope: All services will be performed to a professional standard, as agreed upon during booking. Specific details of each service package will be outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
• Quotations: All quotations provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Actual service cost may vary if the scope of work changes or if additional services are requested on-site.
• Access: Clients must ensure Vesper Glow personnel have safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the agreed-upon service time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking Confirmation: Services are considered booked once confirmed by Vesper Glow via email or phone.
• Cancellation by Client: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.
• Cancellation by Vesper Glow: In unforeseen circumstances, Vesper Glow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices for services are clearly stated on our online platform or provided in a written quotation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed bookings will honor the agreed-upon price.
• Payment Due: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects or commercial contracts, specific payment schedules will be outlined in the service agreement.
• Late Payments: Vesper Glow reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 2% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Valuables: Clients are advised to secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from areas to be cleaned. Vesper Glow takes reasonable care but will not be liable for damage to items that are not secured or removed.
• Honest Disclosure: Clients must disclose any specific health and safety hazards, or conditions that might affect the safety of our staff, such as aggressive pets, faulty wiring, or hazardous materials.
• Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on our services to help us maintain our high standards. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for rectification.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vesper Glow will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
• Any content obtained from the services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Vesper Glow reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
